- Scan the QR-code to hear the music.
- Songs are presented “unplugged” as well as instrumental accompaniment.
- Card size is 5”x 5” single fold and comes with a white envelope.
- Your full package order includes 10 cards in a set with seven original songs.
- You may order sets of five cards or individual cards.
- Each card comes with a white envelope.
- Inside each card are song lyrics and a blank page for the card sender to personalize.
- Contact us about personalized birthday cards. The recipient’s name is sung in the traditional Happy Birthday song and their name appears on the card cover.

- Proceeds from the REMEMBER card go to diabetes research at T1D (formerly JDRF).
HOW TO ORDER
- Fill in your request of card numbers and quantities on the price list.
- Email your form to bayheartmusic@gmail.com
- Include your name and mailing address.
- Final price and remittance instructions will be sent after your order form is received.
SHIPPING
- Cards are mailed to the purchaser in a single order to one U.S. address.
- Allow two weeks after remittance for cards to be mailed to the card purchaser.
