Welcome to my story! I attended universities in Los Angeles, earning a master's degree in communications (emphasis
on social issues) and an undergraduate degree in economics. An early career in corporate banking balanced volunteerism and
creative endeavors. I sing inspirational songs and write essays as an advocate for various health and social causes.
In 2001, I answered an ad for a presenter on the popular TV show Jeopardy! Amazingly, I became one of the four original
positions on the Clue Crew from auditions with 5,000 entrants.
For seven adventurous years,
I appeared on the show in video clips taped from across
the United States and internationally. After touring cultural, historic, and scientific
locations in 12 countries and 35 states, I now live my mission closer to home.
Within a few months of reporting to work, my young son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. We faced these challenges
with the love of family and friends, and irrepressible faith.
I live by the adage, “To whom much is given, much is expected.” My experiences matter only to the extent
that others can benefit from them. This inspired the recording of “Promise to Remember Me” on behalf of children
like my son.
